Cancellation Policy:
Did something come up and you need to change the time or day of your appointment? No problem! Just text or email us (so we have it in writing) and we would be happy to accommodate your busy schedule. We just ask that you give us some time to adjust ours.
You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time.
Same day cancellations negatively affect our cleaning professionals, so if you cancel the same day you will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the convenience of our employees.
If you have booked the service as a reoccurring appointment and you cancel services for ANY REASON before the second appointment, you will be charged the full ONE TIME price (as listed on the booking form) for the job instead of the discounted price you received for it being set as a reoccurring service. Meaning you will receive a second charge for the difference amount between a ONE TIME APPOINTMENT and the REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT you selected.
